The Resources Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 230 "An                                                                      
Act establishing a $25 fee to construct or use a trapping cabin on state                                                        
land; and exempting trapping cabin permittees from additional land                                                              
use fees" and recommended it be replaced with                                                                                   
                                                                                                                                
                   CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 230(RES) "An Act                                                                     
           relating to trapping cabins on state land; and relating                                                             
          to trapping cabin permit fees."
